How can I order on Kuickr?
You order in the Kuickr app for iPhone and Android. It’s coming soon to the App Store and Google Play; there’s no ordering on the website.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Open the order in the app and report the problem there. We’ll review it and refund the affected items to your original payment method. You can also email us at support@kuickr.ca.
Driver
How do I accept a delivery as a driver?
Go online in the Kuickr driver app. When an order near you is ready, you’ll get a delivery request that you can accept or decline.
